* Better command-line parameter names and parsing:
- Don't silently ignore unsupported options.
- Add at least -h for help.
* Add more useful asserts:
- assert_string_empty()
* Convert all files in the repository to *nix line endings.
* Quiet mode: print nothing, but errors.
