* Maybe use Boost.Graph to be able to easily output in GraphViz format.
* Maybe print results to `<source-file>.it` instead of standard output.
* Consider printing "real" include name (like `<<builtin>>` or `<<cmdline>>`.
* Maybe print summary of how many times each file was included.
